Bruce Lee

Cheeseburger Why did this have to be on the list? Unfortunately, cheeseburgers carry tons of saturated fat that can spell disaster for you. From white bread to cheese and red meat, it’s bad all the way!

Fried Foods Fried foods are something that are absolutely horrible when it comes to your hips. Not only are they high in calories, but everything is fried in a ton of oil and that isn't healthy for anyone!

Bacon Bacon is something that I love, but it's horrible for your hips! Basically, bacon consists of just fat! If you really want to eat healthier and keep your hips looking amazing, nix the bacon!

Bacon is one of the worst foods you can eat for your hips. Not only is it loaded with saturated fat, but it is also high in cholesterol, sodium, and nitrates. Consuming bacon regularly can lead to weight gain, which is linked to an increased risk of developing osteoarthritis in the hips. Eating bacon can also increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and some types of cancer. Additionally, bacon is processed and contains preservatives, which can be harmful to your health. To keep your hips looking and feeling great, it is best to avoid bacon and opt for leaner proteins such as chicken or fish.

Donuts Donuts are just a combination of sugar and fried dough! Two things that are not at all good for you! If you really are looking to keep your hips looking trim and nice, get rid of the donuts from your diet!

Where Thoughts and Opinions Converge

That's me firmly off the Chicken pot pie - somehow I had in in my head that it might be 'somewhat' healthy. Looks like it isn't. Drat!

All foods in moderation, that said....Duck Confit? Who eats that?

This article doesn't need much research to know its true. What is stated is mostly self-evident. bottom line is if you don't want to be fat stay away from what you see the majority of fat people eating! I'm sorry to say this but for those of you who are mad about this article, think to yourselves...when was the last time I ate one of these food items? And if its within the last week I can understand why your upset.

I'm a nurse and the best thing I have ever learned and would love to share with all of you is the cardiac diet; Doc's tell heart patients to shop only the outer parameters of the store, try your hardest to not go down the isles, that's where most of the junk is! Good rule to remember:)

I believe that anyone who is trying to loose belly fat should stay clear of all process foods no matter how easy it is to serve them. Go back to basics. Serve fresh from the produce isle or grow your own. And buy only the best lean meats. And don't forget to exercise. Find what suits you the best, whether it be walking, biking, swimming or jogging. Just get out there and do something.
