What ideas can you give me to help. What food are best. What exercise programs will help. I walk about half a mile a day and haven't had ant results. PLEASE HELP ME
Are colon cleansers bad for a quick weightloss? I have a big party in 4 weeks, and I go to the gym 6 days a week, and I eat pretty normal. But those stubborn love handles wont go away and I want to look really nice in my dress, but I look funny with my love handles. Any suggestions?
Green tea with cinnamon powder ( half teaspoon ) plus freash lemon juice ( half teaspoon ) , 3 to 4 times a day decreases blood sugar level and is helpful even for weight loss .
I'm 14, almost 15 and I currently weigh about 195 pounds. I used to weigh 214 so I have been losing weight, but I am an extremely picky eater. Lately, I've been trying more. I love peaches, apples, bananas, and seedless grapes. I also love green beans. I can't necessarily get fresh things though because they're more expensive and my mom is a major coupon shopper so occasionally we get fresh apples and bananas, but I want to open up my options. Green things scare me honestly. I exercise every night at 8pm for an hour or 45 minutes except on Fridays, which are my days off. Sometimes I have too much homework and can't exercise so I try to eat better, but being a picky eater limits things. I love tuna fish sandwiches and the only kind of bread I eat is wheat bread. I eat 100% natural wheat bread with tuna and two and a half tea spoons of mayonnaise. I can eat albacore tuna, but I prefer original. I drink water constantly and some zero calorie stuff like Propel Zero. Water is my biggest thing though. My ultimate snack is pretzels. I don't eat much for lunch though because at school, I have the latest lunch so things won't stay cold as long or whatever. My weaknesses are pizza and french fries. I've also started eating Fiber One yogurt. Just one every other day. I'm fond of the key lime pie ones, though I have yet to try strawberry and blueberry. Anyways, just an insight to my problem. I'm definitely motivated but I don't want it to be bad for my body internally because I'm so picky. I've been controlling my portions as well as I can too, looking at serving size, though I refuse to be a strict calorie counter. Please give me some tips.
