10 Worst Foods for Your Hips …

As you pull and stretch that dress over your hips you’re wondering when the zip will snap. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from these ten worst foods for your hips! It will save you loads of embarrassment and stress.

1. Dove ice-cream …

They may have linked romance to chocolates but it doesn’t do any good for your fat reserves. Eleven ugly grams of fat lie stagnant in half a cup of ice-cream. Don’t surrender!

2. Chipotle Chicken Burrito …

Bring on the cheese, rice, tortilla, chicken and sour cream! Now you’ve got trouble brewing. Not only does this carry 19 grams of fat but 1180 calories and 2900 mg of sodium. Most of that is going straight to your hips.

3. Pepperidge Chicken Pot Pie …

Don’t let the ‘farm roasted’ and ‘white meat’ fool you. Half a pie contains 510 calories. It tastes so good that you won’t want to let the other half go!

4. Fondue …

Cheese and more cheese. Although quite delicious this meal could endanger your life. A whopping 1300 calories makes it a killer dish, literally! Stay away from this cheese delight if you want to live long and healthy!

5. Duck Confit …

It may be French but it’s still fatty! Duck is a lot like chicken but it isn’t as friendly to your body. 1000 calories is what you get when you indulge in this poultry meal.

6. Cheeseburger …

Why did this have to be on the list? Unfortunately, cheeseburgers carry tons of saturated fat that can spell disaster for you. From white bread to cheese and red meat, it’s bad all the way!

That’s me firmly off the Chicken pot pie – somehow I had in in my head that it might be ’somewhat’ healthy. Looks like it isn’t. Drat!

Hmmmmm…………..I have NOT eaten ANY of the above mentioned foods in years, and really, I do not think an occassional burger/Dove/French Fry is going to make a FAT dent in anything when a person focuses more on healthy eating and MOVING the body, both of which Americans seem to avoid. I did enjoy the full color pictures.

This is a horrible article. All food is healthy in moderation and you do need to eat fat to function properly. stop promoting disordered eating with your barely researched opinions.

I have to agree with disgusted that the list seems a little random and thin on research. Maybe you could title it “10 worst foods for your hips that I love” or “10 random foods that are sort of bad if over-dosed”.

I think a little moderation and a lot of chocolate is a good thing.

I make a tofu lasagna that’s out of this world (being vegan) and it’s good as long as I can keep it down to one portion.

    THAT’S the hard part. ;)

Im a healthy size 6 Australian. i eat all teh above foods and still reamin skinny. I barely excercise…Im not bragging im trying to highlight the fact that every1 is different and metabolism, thyroid function, genetics all play a part in weight gain. itis important to indentify these food groups but also acknowledge ones own body in regards to weight gain… thats just what I think I may just be talkin utter rubbish though!

This article doesn’t need much research to know its true. What is stated is mostly self-evident. bottom line is if you don’t want to be fat stay away from what you see the majority of fat people eating! I’m sorry to say this but for those of you who are mad about this article, think to yourselves…when was the last time I ate one of these food items? And if its within the last week I can understand why your upset.

Why not do some actual research and write a real article. I’m with Rookie Mom Heather. This is a good title for SEO but the content is so lacking, I’ll remember not to come back to this site again for anything of actual value.

This article is really dumb!Did you guys even think about what you are saying?First of all food doesn’t necessarily target one specific area of the body.Genetics determines what foods will stick to the body.OHh and you spelled LASAGNA wrong!
