    I have to agree with disgusted that the list seems a little random and thin on research. Maybe you could title it “10 worst foods for your hips that I love” or “10 random foods ... See more that are sort of bad if over-dosed”.

    I think a little moderation and a lot of chocolate is a good thing.

See more tasty…when we do get the craving, the meat is substituted for zucchini, squash, carrots, broccoli, (or any veggies in the house), and some of the cheese can be switched to yogurt (yay for splurging twice a year on this yummy food)

      actually lasagna refers to the pasta type and lasagne is the name of the preperationor the pasta dish. Ameriecans usually confuse/interchange the two.

Eating too many carbohydrates and sugar and not enough healthy fats and protein lead to an imbalance in the body, and the carbohydrates and sugar turn into body fat, leading towards obesity and other lifestyle diseases (diabetes, cancer, dementia, etc).
