Park your car a few blocks apart from the place you are going to and take to brisk walk to your office, grocery store, or a shopping mall. Intend to walk at least 30 minutes every day. At work, use some time during your lunch break to take a refreshing walk in a nearby park. If the weather is cold, you still can walk in your favourite mall.

Ok I am 13 and weigh 126! I have alot of belly fat and I do not feel good about myself at all ! I run half a hour every other day but even exceeding never works for me ! Someone please help I need major advice before I do sumtin stupid !
Hii... I'm trying to lose weight. I know I'm not 'fat'; I'm a female, 142lb, 5ft. 7 and aged 20 - my BMI's roughly 22.5 so I'm actually a healthy weight and I'm not at all trying to become really skinny or anything. However, since I started university over a year and a half ago I've put on weight. Before I started uni I was 127lb and I was pretty happy at that weight. I put on the excess 15lb last year in the first 8 months of being there, although once I realised how much weight I'd put on I did make the effort not to put on any more, which is why I haven't actually put on any weight since about May last year. BUT I CAN'T LOSE IT. I've managed to stop myself putting on any more weight. I owe that to the fact that I now weigh myself pretty regularly so I know if I'm gaining any weight or not. But no matter what I do, I just can't lose it. This week I've been to the gym 6 days in a row, burnt over 1000 calories each time (not including the mile and a half walk to and from and the fact that I work in a busy restaurant and I'm always running around), and not burnt anything. Infact, I think I gained half a pound! I haven't changed my eating habits this week because I can't afford to (£5 to live on this week doesn't buy you a lot more than bread and milk) but surely without changing my eating habits - and I definitely don't eat more than 2000 calories a day - I should have at least lost a little bit of weight?! I go to the gym a lot generally but this week I've been able to go more since we've had half term and I didn't have lectures. I know the issue is the food I eat. I'm not looking for a quick fix... I want to lose the extra 15lb before the middle of may which is 2 and a half months away, that's essentially about 13 weeks so I'm not looking to lose more than about 1lb or so per week. But I'm a student and don't have a lot of money to buy good foods. I work in a restaurant and get a free meal at the end of my shift but it's a buffet which sells around-the-world cuisine... as you can imagine stif-frys, curries, fatty pasta sauces don't help. If I don't eat at work then I don't eat because I can't afford it really. I also get really hungry so have to eat something stodgy to fill the void otherwise I feel faint and my stomach grumbles which I rather embarrassing. 1lb per week surely can't be too hard to lose in reality, right?! Please help me... :D
Green tea with cinnamon powder ( half teaspoon ) plus freash lemon juice ( half teaspoon ) , 3 to 4 times a day decreases blood sugar level and is helpful even for weight loss .
