I am 19 years of age, and I weigh 120kg (I am Australian, so not sure what the U.S conversion is here to pounds, sorry!). Anyway, my aim is to lose atleast 20 kilos by the end of November, which is about 7 weeks away. Are colon cleansers bad for a quick weightloss? I have a big party in 4 weeks, and I go to the gym 6 days a week, and I eat pretty normal. But those stubborn love handles wont go away and I want to look really nice in my dress, but I look funny with my love handles. Any suggestions?

Hi! I have really bad asthma, and was just in the hospital, i usually do go to the gym 5 days a week, but in 4 months of that and eating no more then 1800 calories a day, i still only lost 14 pounds. And the only reason i lost that 15 was because i ate a protein shake for breakfast, and one for lunch, and then ate soup for dinner. After one week i lost 14 pounds. I think its obvious why i dont want to do that again, but after being in the hospital again, i think i have put on that weight again, to be honest i dont want to look at the scale, i just feel heavier. I gain weight every time i have a bad asthma attack because i have to be put on a steroid called prednisone, that makes you really hungry all the time. (I felt like a ravenous teenage boy). I need to lose weight. It is important to me to look fit, because i am such a food snob, and i really eat very healthy, so i want to look the way i feel! And also, it is important to me for my insides to be as healthy as possible, and added weight will not help them be healthy. As of right now, it is hard to do anything that raises my heart too much, because i cant breathe.. and breathing is good. But I am hoping that once i get better, i can start going back to the gym again. Do you have any tips for me? Thank you! Catie 15 years old
