I don't think you can beat fresh fruit when it comes to health benefits, and there are so many delicious fruits that are just made for breakfast.

They're quick, easy, and yummy!

Some of my favorite breakfast fruits are citrus fruit salad, half a grapefruit, or fresh kiwi and watermelon.
