7. Walking

If the weather is nice, then it is great to go outside and enjoy the scenery while you exercise. However, if Mother Nature has something else up her trees, then you can easily exercise inside. If you have stairs, go up and down them a couple of times. This is going to help tone your legs. If you do not have stairs, then walk around the house a couple of times. I know, I know, it’s not exciting, but hey, it gets the job done!
6. Jumping Jacks

Jumping jacks was always fun! They sure do bring back memories of when I was a kid. Who hasn’t done these as a child? Surprise, surprise! They are a great cardio exercise! They are also great for warming up.
5. Pushups
You can’t forget about push-ups! They are great for your chest and to tone your arms. Sure, they probably aren’t our most favorite exercise, but there are easier ways to do them. Do them on your knees, instead of keeping the legs straight. You could also stand up against a wall and do them.
4. Leg Lifts

These leg lifts are perfect for building strength andmuscles in the legs. Do you have a hard time doing them with your legs straight? Then try bending them slightly.
What you choose to wear while working out can have a significant impact on your comfort and performance. One essential item is the sports bra. Lack of proper support can lead to discomfort and muscle tissue damage. Choosing a good sports bra can help prevent these problems and ensure a great workout!
3. Crunches
This is the best exercise for building andstrengthening those abdominal muscles! When you are first starting out, don’t worry if you do not get your head all the way up. As long as you get up until you feel the stretching, you’ll be fine.

Joggingis the perfect exercise. It is great for your heart. You can do this at home while you are listening to music or watching television. The only thing you need is a good pair of shoes. This way, you will eliminate stress to your legs.
1. Dancing

Dancing is a great exercise! I like Dance Dance Revolution (the game) with the dance pad, because it even counts the calories you burn! It not only burns calories, but it can also boost your spirit.
Doing chores around the house will also burn calories. If you are not able to run, then just clean your home. This way, you will not only burn calories, you will also have a clean house! So, what do you think of these exercises to do at home?
