Are you always saying ‘I just haven’t got the time’ – or the money? Well, here are some ways to improve your fitness levels without darkening the gym door.
1. Go for a Walk
This is a great form of gentle exercise, that won’t cause any strain at all on your body. Plus you get to enjoy some fresh air and take a look at the world around you.

2. Use the Stairs
No, I don’t recommend you walk all the way if you work on the 20th floor, but walking up a couple of flights won’t kill you and you'll burn plenty of calories!

3. Have You Got a Bike Rusting in Your Garage?
Polish it up and jump on. Cycling is cheap, healthy and gets you where you need to go.

4. Get a Dog (or Borrow One)
Rover will need walking twice a day, whatever the weather. Do not, however, get a greyhound, as they are lazy. It's not only effective but so much fun to lose weight with your dog.
5. Have a Bounce on a Trampoline
Borrow a neighbor’s, or get a mini one, and work those leg muscles!

You’re not being judged, so who cares if you look like an uncoordinated octopus. Just get up and shake that booty.
