In order tolose leg fat and tone your calf muscles, all you have to do is lift your heels up off of the ground, stand on your toes and hold it there for a couple of seconds and then bring it back down to the original position. You should repeat this exercise a couple of times a day. This is going to bring more flexibility to your legs as well as shape the calf muscles. Once you get used to this, try the same exercise with weights in your hands. It'll make it more challenging and the results will be well worth it!

If you are trying to tone your hamstrings, stand facing a object that is waist high with your feet together. Grab the object for support and bend your left knee as you are trying to touch your buttocks with your left foot. Hold this position for a couple of seconds and then go back to the original position. Beautiful legs are not far away!

In this exercise, all you need to do is straighten those legs in a forward direction while you are lying on the floor. After this, tighten your thigh muscles and try lifting up your legs. Try to hold this position for as long as you possibly can. Repeat this three times each day.

Of course, you cannot forget about squats! These are so simple that almost anyone could do them! Make sure you are not doing them too fast, because this will cause them to not be as effective. These are are also great for toning your butt.

Nothing can tone your legs like cardio exercisesso how about a mini trampoline? Mini-trampolines do not cost much. You can get one for as little as twenty five dollars. This will be a great investment. If you are not able to go to the gym and use those cardio machines, then this can easily replace them. Not only is it going to give you the best results, but it is going to make things more convenient when you don't have the time.

Do you have hills in your area? Then take a stroll uphill. If you do not have hills in your area, then try a treadmill that inclines to at least fifteen degrees. The treadmill will take away those problems of walking outdoorsand will definitely tone up your legs.

Wall squats are the perfect way to tone up your legs. Find a sturdy wall, place your back on it, place the feet eighteen inches away from the wall and eighteen inches apart and then squat. Do as many squats as you can. If you would like to work on your inner thighs, widen the stance. To work the outer thighs, move your feet closer.
