7. For Toned Calf Muscles

In order tolose leg fat and tone your calf muscles, all you have to do is lift your heels up off of the ground, stand on your toes and hold it there for a couple of seconds and then bring it back down to the original position. You should repeat this exercise a couple of times a day. This is going to bring more flexibility to your legs as well as shape the calf muscles.
