10 Regular Squats
Squats are one of the most popular forms of exercises. One of my favorite is wall squats. Basically, you lean your back up against the wall and squat down. When you are squatting, you need to make sure you go as low as you can possibly go. You should also take note that the lower you go, the more you will be working your butt off, literally.
9 Fast Squats
Fast squats are very popular. Fast squats are also known as Hindu squats and many have started to use these as they seem to be the most effective. Basically, with these, you squat up and down really fast. You can start out by doing 12 repetitions of these. Before you know it, you will be doing 100 repetitions in as little as five minutes.
Running or jogging is also a great technique to use. You will find that many individuals who would like to lose weight all over their body turn to running. Running is very easy to do and all you need is the energy it takes. If you do not live in an area where you can run or you prefer running inside, then you should invest in a treadmill. There are many different types of treadmills out there that you can invest in.
7 Jumping Jacks
Doing jumping jacks is a perfect way to work that fat off of your butt as well as other areas on your body. Anyone who is in good health and can jump up and down is able to do jumping jacks. With jumping jacks, you do not have to have any special equipment. You do not even have to do them outside. All you need is your body and a small area to do them.
6 Dead Lifts
Dead lifts are another form of exercise you can do in order to tone your butt and lose some fat there too. It will also help to tighten up your butt.
5 Butt Squeezes
I have seen many speaking about isometric butt squeezes. This will involve you lying on your stomach squeezing your butt together as long and hard as you possibly can. I recommend you doing this for at least five minutes each day.
Riding a bicycle is another great idea and is highly effective. For those of you who do not have a bicycle or an outside area that permits it, then you can invest in an exercise bike. Exercise bikes are very popular and can be as cheap or as expensive as you want. The price all depends on the functions you are looking for.
Many individuals take up swimming in order to lose weight in their butt and all over the body. This is great if you live somewhere like Florida as there are many lakes, ponds, rivers and pools that you can swim in.
Lunges are a lot like squats as they are perfect for those looking to lose butt fat. They will help to strengthen that muscle up as well.
1 Stair Climbing
The stair climber is a great way to burn fat from your butt and rest of your body.
Some other great exercises for losing but fat is hill running and wide leg presses.
I am sure you'll see great improvements in your behind area if you start doing these exercises regularly. And you'll certainly lose all that butt fat and will tone your muscles within a few months of daily intense workouts.
