My Experience:
I don’t want to spend too much time applying mascara so the two-step procedure is an instant turn-off for me! However, I gave it a try and I was super-surprised with the results! The first coat (primer) didn’t actually take long to dry and as soon as I applied the second coat my lashes were measurably longer and oozed volume without a clump insight!

Thanks so much for posting this great review. I love Revlon mascaras, but haven’t tried them all and the information on your post was a god-sent for me. I have tried the Lash Fantasy Total Definition Waterproof Mascara and fell in love. Though it didn’t last me a long time, it was still a cheap alternative to many drugstore-mascara brands. =) However, I never did get around to buying the regular, non-waterproof Lash Fantasy Mascara and since your post included both the waterproof and normal ones, I am extremely interested in hearing your opinion on which formula is better. Waterproof? Non-water-resistant? Please comment me back and let us all know!
