How much water does the liver need to metabolize fat? Over the past week, I have increased my water intake to anywhere between 68 - 100oz of water per day. Aside from the constant bathroom breaks, I feel much better! Is this enough?

I drink more water by buying water each week in our weekly grocery shop. My mum bought it and when I moved in with my boyfriend I carried over the habit. We buy just home brand bottles, 24 bottles of water for $8, which is twelve bottles each over the week. I am for at least two a day and if we wind up running out, then I keep the same bottle and refill it whenever it gets to the halfway/three quarters empty stage to encourage me to keep drinking it. I know we don't really need to buy water given we can get it out of the tap, but I've always found that having plenty of bottles of water tucked away in the pantry encourages me to drink it, because it's something that I can grab every time I open the pantry door. :)

I drink lots of hot water. I used to drink lots of coffee and soda, but since starting with hot water I don't even crave them anymore.
