I used to drink lots of water before and on those day I had a great skin and I felt great. but for some reason I stop drinking enough water and now I'm over weight and my skin doesn't look that great any more. But... after I read this article about how good is drinking water for our system, I feel motivated to start all over again and drink water as much as I can.

I am 14 years old and i weigh 190 lbs. I won't wear tight shirts and I feel self conscience everywhere I go like people are always staring at me. I would love to be smaller but I don't know how to do it. I've tried to diet but I eat away my feelings, which is a problem. Please help me...I was also wondering if wearing more clothes when I go to bed would help, or drinking a lot of water? Thanks!

this is my first day of trying to lose weight i think the best way for me is when i go to the school or shop always take the long way round and i have drinked more water then ever today and it does make you fuller for longer and i have cut down on snacks and iam eating fruit as a snack with 1 glass of water iam aiming to go from 72kg to 57kg as iam 5 7 in height and would like to look slim as many people think i look pregnant as i have a bit of a tummy after three children x but my hopes are there that by next summer i can look slim and not have to breath in lol lol
