Spring is my favorite season, and Easter is my favorite holiday! they both mean rebirth, newness, and joy... and right after spring cleaning, it's time to get out the Easter decor to celebrate the holiday, and the season! Here is my list of the prettiest Easter decor... use this list to get some ideas!
1 Pottery Barn Twig Easter Basket
If your home decor is earthy, natural, or country-themed, this would be a perfect way to accessorize for Easter! Put in pretty speckled robin's eggs or plain brown eggs (or both) for a pretty, natural-looking centerpiece. Or just use it as an Easter basket! ither way, it's sure to be a conversation piece... it measures 14" wide by 8" deep by 15" high...
2 Pottery Barn Ceramic Bunnies
These two bunnies are a sweet way to usher in spring, and to celebrate Easter! They're playfully realistic, finished in a white glaze. But they're subtle, and would match almost any decor, because they're white, not pastel pink or blue. The standing bunny is 12" tall, and the sitting bunny is 9" tall. Pair them on your mantle or table for a pretty Easter centerpiece.
3 Pottery Barn Decorative Speckled Egg Vase Filler
Use these pretty blue robin's eggs or creamy brown quail's eggs as a filler for a shallow basket, or in a clear vase. Either one would make a creative, very pretty Easter display! The blue are a set of 12, the larger brown are a set of 8 - both sets are plenty for filling a vase or basket. So realistic, so unique, and so pretty!
4 Coldwater Creek Glazed Crackled Bunny Egg
Is it a bunny, or an egg... or both? These pretty pastel bunny eggs are whimsical and sweet. Pair them or group them for a charming centerpiece, or run them along a windowsill or mantle to welcome spring, and celebrate Easter! The small measures 7" tall, and the large is 9.5" tall. Choose from pink, yellow, or green, or mix-and-match all three!
5 Coldwater Creek Lavender Wreath
Hang this on your front door to welcome friends and family to Easter dinner. It's generous, full, and oh-so-pretty! The wreath is 22" across, and features dried larkspur, phalaris, eucalyptus, and sudan grass. Bring it indoors during rain and direct sun; it's better indoors... but it's too pretty NOT to hang outside on Easter!
6 Lenox PEEPS Chick and Bunny Scupltures
Who doesn't love PEEPS candy, especially at Easter? No-one can resist their sugar-coated marshmallow goodness, and now Lenox has made permanent PEEPS for display! Both the fine-china chick and bunny are surrounded by pretty pastel Easter eggs with glimmering gold detailing. The chick is 4" tall, and the bunny is 5" tall. Pair them for a sweet centerpeice!
7 Pier 1 Speckled Easter Egg Wreath
So pretty, so understated, and yet so perfect for Easter! It's 15" across, with pale blue, pink, green, and yellow eggs and little tufts of grass. It's very light-weight, since it's made of foam and grass... a perfect understated piece of Easter decor!
8 Pier 1 Beaded Egg Ornaments
Hang these glittering, colorful hand-made Ester egg ornaments on an ornament tree, or tie them to a pretty garland on your mantle! The set of six includes one each of blue, green, orange, pink, purple, and yellow, all finished with sprakly sequins and glitter, and topped with a ribbon for hanging.
9 Easter Egglings
Is there a better way to celebrate Easter and welcome spring than to plant a seed and watch it grow? Crack one of these this ceramic eggs, add water to the organic seed and soil inside, put in a warm sunny corner, and watch it grow! Plant indoors just before Easter, and use the seelings as a living centerpiece! Choose from strawberry, mint, or petunia. Plant outdoors, shell and all, once it's warm enough.
10 Promise Cross
Of course, we can't forget what Easter is all about, and this graceful cross is a lovel way to commemorate that blessed holiday. The cross is starka nd simple, surrounded by a pretty heart. It measures 15" tall by 9" wide, perfect for display year-round, but especially at Easter...
These are all so pretty, so spring-y, it's hard to choose which of these to use as my Easter decor this year... but I have to admit, I'm leaning towards the PEEPS figurines. Which of these do you like best? Or is there another piece of Easter decor you've found? Please let me know!
