I do belly dancing to work out. Its amazing all of the different muscles that it works out. There is also the benefit that it help teach you how to control all of your different muscles better and all of your moves get improved. It makes for more fun moves all around the house when you learn how to roll your hips and chest separately! I've been told its hypnotizing in bed. ;)

Dancing is always such a fun way to lose weight! :) I wish we had pole dancing classes here in India. I'd definitely give them a go. Alas!
