So I'm not entirely sure who Phoebe Price is but i do know that she has a knack for picking the ugliest dresses and uglier featheredheadbands. Oh well...that's one way to get people to know you I suppose!

9. Jodie Marsh

I don't have an issue with a little cleavage but Jodie Marsh is just a little too comfortable with her anatomy for me. *Covers eyes and offers hera coat*

8. Mickey Rourke

I've been thinking about it and there are two possible explanations for Mickey Rourke's constant Red Carpet disasters:

a) A mid life crisis

b) He just dresses that way to distract us from the bad plastic surgery.

7. Britney Spears

Yes, we all know about her downward spiral from teen pop princess to princess of all that is tacky but lately she seemed to be pulling it together...or that's what I thought till I saw her Grammys 2010 outfit. Well, atleast she seems happy. No more shaved heads and crazy fans on Youtube hopefully.

6. Helena Bonham Carter

Helena is a brilliant actress and I loved watching her play Bellatrix, Mrs. Lovett and more recently The Red Queen inAlice in Wonderland but I can't for the life of me figure out why she dresses like her onscreen characters in real life too! It's one thing to stay in character but there's just no plausible excuse for Helena's outfits!

5. Paula Abdul

I have lost count of the number ofworst dressed lists she's appeared in lately. On her next birthday, someone needs to gift her a mirror and a bright light. In fact, why wait for her birthday?! Some kind soul needs to do it now...before it's too late!

4. Courtney Love

Some things don't change with time and some only get worse. Case in point: Courtney Love's fashion sense. And I hear she is about to start her own clothing line?!! Tell me it's not true! Maybe if she was makingHalloween costumes...

3. Lil Kim

Sometimes I think she wants to appear on the worst dressed list year after year. How else can one explain her absolutely absurd choice of clothing every single time? It's one thing to be experimental but Lil Kim takes it to a whole new level of ugly!

2. Marilyn Manson

I have had many a bad dream of evil villainous alien rockstars/vampires abducting me to far away planets thanks to Marilyn Manson. Why you would deliberately want to look like an other wordly creature is beyond me. From the clothes, to the makeup to those evil eyes, this is one rockstar I wouldn't want to be anywhere close to.

1. Cher

Cher is AMAZING, no doubt and her Bob Mackie ensembles are part of what made her amazing. But does she have to dress like she's on stage all the time?! Now I read somewhere that Cher spends around $2500 every week onspa treatments. We all know what she should be spending that money on instead. Looks like Cher sold her fashion soul to the devil long long ago. A pity really...

Phew! After all that, I think I need to go lie down. Okay, drama aside what do you think of these celebrities with err...terrible fashion sense?
