What we Think: For someone who is supposedly against plastic surgery, I wonder how Paris ended up with that obviously very different nose. Seriously, why do celebrities think the thinner a nose, the better? Also, what is the obsession with duck lips?!

2. Daryl Hannah

Age: 51
Work Done: Rumored face lift, brow lift and fillers in her cheeks and lips.
What we Think: Remember how amazing Daryl Hannah looked in "Splash"? Heck, she even looked hot as hell in "Kill Bill." Then one day, In Touch magazine ran some rather shocking pictures of her "altered" face and here's the best part, Daryl actually denies having ever had any plastic surgery. I don't think I believe that, do you?

3. Dolly Parton

Age: 65
Work Done: Breast Augmentation (which has to be among the most popular plastic surgeries among celebrities), Brow Lift, Fat Grafting, Blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty, more than one facelift and botox. Phew!

What we Think: 29 years of plastic surgery is a long time and if there was such a thing as "Queen of Plastic Surgery," Dolly Parton would win hands down. She's very open about all of her surgeries, and I think she looks so happy... and gorgeous, though not... natural... we love her anyway!

4. Nicole "Coco" Austin

Age: 32
Work Done: Breast and Buttock implants.
What we Think: Normally, I would question why a woman would do that to herself. But hey, it's Coco. She's just...ahem...classy. Of course, Coco denies any surgery and attributes her assets to her parents "awesome genes." *rolls eyes*. The sad thing is that she truly was a pretty girl before going plastic surgery crazy.

5. Carrot Top

Age: 46
Work Done: Face lift, Brow Lift, Botox and possibly lip injections
What we Think: You know it's bad plastic surgery when you end up being more famous for your creepy looks than your work. When comedian Carrot Top suddenly started to look like an "evil clown" version of himself, it was pretty obvious that external, unnatural factors were involved.

6. Lindsay Lohan

Age: 25
Work Done: Lip Enhancement and possibly cheek fillers
What we Think: Remember when Lindsay arrived in court last year looking so much older than she is? I'm sure her less than ideal lifestyle is half the reason, but is the other half plastic surgery? The answer is an obvious "yes" when it comes to the trout pout, but expert surgeons also believe that she may have had fillers in her cheeks as her formerly defined cheeks suddenly disappeared. Take a look at the picture of how she's changed over the years. That can't be natural!

7. Bristol Palin

Age: 21
Work Done: Corrective Jaw Surgery
What we Think: She's not on this list of celebrities with bad plastic surgery because her surgery makes her look awful; it just makes her look like a different person altogether and while Bristol claims that she loves her "new face," I just want to know what was wrong with her old face. Did she really need corrective jaw surgery to give her a pointy chin and a heart shaped face?

8. Pamela Anderson

Age: 44
Work Done: Series of Breast Implants, Nose job, Cheek implants and lip collagen
What we Think: The tale of Pamela's breasts are as old as time itself: Gorgeous young girl suddenly feels the need for bigger breasts. Gorgeous girl gets gigantic breast implants but is unhappy and goes bigger (enough to make it on every list of celebrities with the biggest breast implants) and then gets rid of them to get something smaller and then goes bigger again.

9. Fergie

Age: 36
Work Done: Rumored to have had a brow lift, eyelid lift and cheek fillers.
What we Think: It's amazing how dramatically plastic surgery can alter your looks and while Fergie still claims that she's never had any work done, I refuse to believe that the pretty lass on the left aged to be the woman on the right naturally. Tsk.

10. Priscilla Presley

Age: 66
Work Done: Brow lift, Nose job, Cheek Implants,
What we Think: Remember when Priscilla was painfully gorgeous? Then she went through the usual "older but not much wiser" syndrome, got a bunch of surgeries and her face suddenly started to remind everyone of the wax figures from the "House of Wax." Apparently she got duped by a bogus doctor, Daniel Serrano. What a terrible shame!

11. Mickey Rourke

He was such a sex symbol for most of his acting career, but he possibly though his early years as a boxer damaged his looks, so he sought to "fix" them with surgery. I wonder what he'd look like if he'd aged "naturally."

12. Janice Dickinson

Age: 56
Work Done: Breast enlargement, tummy tuck, liposuction, neck and facelifts and of course, Botox

What we Think: I remember hating her on ANTM simply because someone who looks like THAT has no business commenting on anyone's looks and I don't care how pretty she looked back when she was "America's first supermodel." Apparently she has no regrets about any of her surgeries and is content with the way she looks. Maybe that's all that matters - how she feels about her appearance.

13. Katie Price

Age: 33
Work Done: Rhinoplasty and five Boob Jobs!
What we Think: I understand if you're unhappy with your breasts and alter them once, maybe even twice, but how can they bug you enough to make you want to alter them five times! And she's only 33. That's so sad! And so she warns others to learn from her experience and stay natural.

14. Melanie Griffith

Age: 54
Work Done: Brow lift, Eye lift, Cheek implants and perhaps even a face lift.
What we Think: I adore Melanie, an so does her hottie hubby, Antonio Banderas, so has this to say, "Hollywood stars are not supposed to be perfection. I don't believe in perfection. I think it is a mistake. ... Wrinkles are beautiful." Dear Melanie, do you know how many women would kill to be with a man like that?

15. Pete Burns

What we Think: Here's what Pete has to say about his addiction, "People redecorate their homes every few years and I see this as no different. Changing my face is like buying a new sofa." At least he's honest about his surgery, and he seems happy with it.

What we Think: I often wonder how someone who is responsible for swoon-worthy contributions to the field of fashion can be such a bad judge of a plastic surgeon. Apparently,Donatella has been undergoing surgeries since the 90's! That's almost two decades of bad plastic surgery...enough to end up like a caricature version of your former self. How sad!

17. Jocelyn Wildenstein

Age: 36
Work Done: Multiple brow lifts, cheek implants, Chin Augmentation, Facelifts, rhinoplasty, excessive collagen, eyelid surgery

What we Think: You know it's bad when you end up getting the nickname "Catwoman" for your appearance post multiple plastic surgeries. It all started with the end of her 20 year marriage and her quest to win her estranged husband back. Before she knew it, she had spent 4 million dollars(!) and ended up looking pretty much like a scary alien. BUT, plastic surgery as it turns out may not always be a one way ticket. Recent photos of Jocelyn show her looking not so scary and almost human like. Yep, there IS hope for the other celebrities on this list. That surgeon of hers should get an award! And Jocelyn...never again, I hope.

18. Amanda Lepore

Age: 44
Work Done: Rhinoplasty, three breast augmentations, forehead lift, brow bone reduction, hip enlargement, liquid silicone injections for her lips.

What we Think: Amanda Lepore, model and transsexual icon, got her first surgery, a rhinoplasty at the age of 15 and hasn't looked back since. Apparently, she's even had her ribs broken and pushed in (ouch!) and then there are those strange lips. How could a plastic surgeon do that to someone?

19. Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff

Age: 62
Work Done: Chin and Cheek implants, botox, collagen lip injections, and fillers
What we Think: Um...I'm pretty much speechless. The once ridiculously handsome twins literally mutated into otherworldy creatures, right in front of our eyes. It's amazing how similar they look to Joceyln Wildenstein and no, that's not a good thing. They used to be so easy on the eyes and now...What can I say, obsession is a dangerous thing!

20. Heidi Montag

Age: 25
Work Done: mini brow lift, botox, nose job, fat injections in the cheeks, chin reduction, neck liposcution,ears pinned back, breast augmentation, liposuction on waist, hips, thighs and buttock augmentation.

What we Think: Heidi is definitely more famous for her plastic surgeries than her career, and after reading the list above, I'd like to know, is there anything else left for her to tweak/change? I don't think I've ever read of anyone who has had ten procedures in one day! Apparently, she did it out of insecurity because people made fun of her and just wanted to feel more confident. What made her think people would stop saying things after the procedures? I'm not saying she looks awful (Read our list of celebrities with good plastic surgery). I just want to know why would anyone want to look this plastic after being so pretty naturally. And she's only a year younger than me! Devastating!

21. Tara Reid

Age: 39
Work Done: breast implants liposuction, body contouring

What we Think: There was nothing wrong with Tara's body before her messed up surgical procedures. She looked trim and adorable. After a screwed liposuction and contouring procedure, Tara was left with a ripply, lumpy stomach and breasts. While she did have reconstructive surgery to fix it, she'll never be the same cute girl she was before she went under the knife.

22. Kelly Bensimon

Age: 46
Work Done: breast enhancement

What we Think: This Real Housewives of New York City star once had lovely breasts, but after a surgical procedure gone wrong, she was left with misshapen and oddly spaced breasts. She later was a victim of domestic violence and reports say she hasn't done anything to fix them as of yet.

23. Latoya Jackson

Age: 58
Work Done: chin implants, cheek implants, rhinoplasty

What we Think: How adorable she was before she had all that work done. She was beautiful. Unfortunately, she now has a very thin and pointy nose and her face looks far more sharp and severe than it did when she was younger. I truly don't understand how she would rather see the after in the mirror than the before.

24. Tori Spelling

Age: 41 years
Work Done: breast augmentation

What we Think: There was nothing wrong with them before. Sadly, Tori let the media guide her decision and wound up with misshapen breasts with a strange gap between them. She never covered them up and denied having work done for many years before she finally admitted it. I bet she wishes she had left her breasts the way they were before.

25. Wayne Newton

Age: 72
Work Done: reported Botox, brow lift, jaw and eyelid work

What we Think: Plastic surgery nightmares probably aren't as common in men, but it looks like Wayne got the short end of the stick. While he has never admitted to having anything done, most plastic surgeons say that his face shape and features are pretty much impossible for a man of his age.

Phew! That was quite a list of celebrities with bad plastic surgery! Let me clarify that I am by no means against plastic surgery. It is your body after all and if you feel the need to fix something, you have the right to go ahead and do it. But there is a point when enough is enough and people need to stop.
