I hear many state that acne is contagious, but this is only a myth. Acne is causedbecause of the way hormones act in the human body and cannot be passed from one person to another.

There has not been enough scientific evidence to prove this. There is not one food that can cause acne. However, there are some people that have reported eating certain foods like oily foods, fast food and chocolate and experiencing an outbreak the next day.
