Did you know that oatmeal is good for the body? It is a great breakfast food ad is full of B vitamins. It is also full of zinc, calcium and vitamins. Some oatmeal is a good source of energy for those busy children and parents.

7 I Love Eggs from My Head to My Toes!

Eggs are a good source of protein and has a host of other nutrients. This includes Vitamin E, B vitamins and zinc.

6 Nut Butters Are Tasty!

Children really like those Nut Butters! I admit that it’s a good fast food for kids. Kids need the fat. It is a good source of fat, because it does not have those hydrogenated oils mixed in with it. They also need protein and this is a good source of it.

5 Go Yogurt!

Turn the kid’s milk consumption up and give them some yogurt. Yogurt is a real good source of calcium. Did you know that it is easier for them to digest than regular milk?

4 Go Yippy for Melons!

The best choice in this department would be a cantaloupe. Melons are my favorite. Cantaloupe has Vitamin C, B vitamins, beta-carotene, and some minerals and calcium.

3 Go Green with Some Broccoli Trees!

My daughter likes to call broccoli "trees" and sometimes, you can get those picky eaters to eat trees rather than broccoli, so just call it broccoli trees! There are many nutrients in broccoli, so go green!

My child isn’t really a picky eater when it comes to the green stuff. She loves tomatoes!
