19. Salmon


A 3-ounce serving of salmon contains 152 calories. That may seem like a lot, but again, it's still a healthy choice. Salmon contains many of the things the body needs. It's both healthy and heavily caloric -- and pretty delicious, if you enjoy fish.

The richest dietary source of Omega 3 fatty acids are cold-water fatty fishes such as Salmon, Tuna, Mackerel, Sardines and Hoki. Fish are a rich source EPA and DHA fats, the two most essential omega 3 fats.
