I mix one tablespoon of sage, one tablespoon of rosemary and two tablespoons of peppermint. Add one teaspoon of this mixture to a cup of boiling water. Cover the brew up and let it sit there for ten minutes. Strain the liquid and drink. I like adding some honey for sweetener.

You should create the ideal temperature for sleeping in your room. I like to make it really cold, which puts me right to sleep. Make sure your bedroom has a temperature that makes you want to crawl under the covers, cuddle up and go to sleep.
