There are certain things we New Yorkers can count on as we prepare for the winter months that lay ahead: cold temperatures, snow, gusty winds, shorter days, and a general longing to stay indoors.
However, a few things you can also count on during winter months are warm fire places, spiced apple cider, guilt free lazy weekends, and the attempt to date the same person all winter in an effort to not have to troll for men in the freezing cold. I am a lover of music and whenever a new chapter in my life opens or closes – I create some sort of a movie soundtrack – where songs describing the feelings that I’ve been through are commemorated on my iPod.
Which is a good thing – because that’s what songs are created for: they’re a great motivator for whatever it is that you feel like doing.

The way that we listen to music has never been the same since the iPod was launched by Apple, Inc. way back in 2001. Today, there are a lot of Apple media players that you can choose from, but I personally am still partial to the iPod.
