12. Exercise
Doing exercises is on the top of my mind. You can try everything else out there to get rid of that butt fat, but you cannot do it unless you do a good amount of exercises for that particular area. I have a very shapely bum, but full of fat and has a mean wobble, cellulite is the horror for me, If trying these exercises can tone up my rear and keep its womanly shape… well it would be a god send.

i exercise for fun just like a kid runs for the joy of it. there is no deep reasoning as to why i workout anymore. it’s a wonderful thing!
I wish I could be one of those people who exercises for the fun of it. It never went beyond a task for me. :(
