Most of us could do withimproving our diet. I know I'm a bit too fond of sugary treats, but I don't like the idea of doing without. So I've been thinking of some easy ways to eat better without making mealtimes boring.

I don’t eat it myself, but I wouldn’t even want to think about what’s in cheap products. Choosing meat that’s been reared well is kinder on your body and on the animal.

7 Grow Your Own!
Try a new hobby this summer. If you’ve got a garden, get digging. Even a balcony can house some pots and give you fresh fruit or veggies – some fruit trees are bred for growing in containers. I’m planning to make use of my sunny terrace this summer – even though plants usually die as soon as I look at them!
