Hi Olga! Yes...black is def not something I have in mind when it comes to wedding gowns. But I love a bride that can pull it off and be daring and creative. I will be wearing white and maybe a teal blue ribbon tied around the waist. I will take pictures of what I try on!

Hi Sheila! No I havent been gown shopping just yet...but I will be checking out a few shops today to make appointments for May to try on gowns with my bridesmaids and Maid of Honor!! I love the Sex and the City movie and the fashions...did you know that Sarah Jessica Parker actually wore a black wedding dress to her own wedding to her husband Matthew! I read recently that she regrets that she wore black! But now it's becoming more common for some brides to stay away from the traditional white gowns. To each her own!
