At home beauty tips from Sonya Dakar: dry skin and puffy eyes

Sonya Dakar’s at-home beauty tips are probably meant in preparation for the coming winter weather, but they seem appropriate for any time, especially for me right now:

  • To treat dry skin, do two things: exfoliate with a sugar scrub made from three parts sugar, one part grapeseed oil. Rinse with lukewarm water and follow with a rich moisturizer.
  • To de-puff puffy eyes, steep chamomile tea bags and cool in the refrigerator. Apply a thin layer of aloe gel to the eye area, and rest for 15 minutes with the cooled tea bags on your eyes. Follow with an ultra-hydrating eye cream.
