Get Your Sleep

It goes without saying that your body needs sleep. If you want to feel better, then you need to get some sleep. I know, it may be hard to push some deadlines forward, but when night falls, make sure you get your 8 hours of rest. If you have to take off from work for one day, then go ahead and tell your boss. Surely, he or she would much rather you stay home so that you can feel better the next day.
