It’s not bad to sit a little at home to rest, but remember that the more you sit, the less work your butt has to do!

Get Rid of Starchy Carbs
Women tend to store excess calories from starchy carbs like bread, pasta, white potatoes, rice, etc. in their butts and hips more than anywhere else. These excess calories from carbohydrates will turn to use for fat storage, because as women, our hormones our primed to do this for multiple reasons. Cut back on all starchy carbs and keep one or two sources a day in your diet, preferably at breakfast and lunch in the form of gluten-free oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice or winter squash.

Squats
As I stated in number 12, you have to do exercises. You will find that squats are a top of the line exercise that many individuals do when they would like to get rid of some butt fat. You will find that there are different versions of these squats. One of my favorite is using weights and going down really slow until the thighs are below parallel. With this, you should go down as low as you possibly can. The lower you go, the more you will be targeting your butt. This is one of those exercises, that'll melt your butt fat before you know it!
Hindu Squats
I know that this might go with number 11, but I figured this one needed its own number simply because it is one of the leading ways to eliminate that butt fat. This involves squatting up and down fast. When you are down, make sure you swipe your fingers against the ground. You should do about eight reps in about five minutes. If you do this exercise every day, you'll lose that butt fat within weeks.
Deadlfts
Deadlifts are a fantastic way to lose weight in the buttocks area. This will involve you lifting a barbell up from the front of you. During this time, you need to keep your back straight and look forward. Doing about twelve reps of these will keep you losing fat in your butt really fast.
Butt Squeezes
Have you ever heard of isometric butt squeezes? Basically, this will involve you laying face down and squeezing your butt up in the air and your buttocks together as long and as hard as you possibly can. Your butt will tone up and you'll lose some butt fat in just a few weeks. If you hold your breath when doing these exercises, it'll make them even more effective!
