7 Simple Ways to Improve Your Diet Without Depriving Yourself …
Most of us could do with improving our diet. I know I’m a bit too fond of sugary treats, but I don’t like the idea of doing without. So I’ve been thinking of some easy ways to eat better without making mealtimes boring.
1. Don’t like water?
Be a smoothie. This is a great way to get some vitamins into your diet, and so much more refreshing than fizzy drinks!
2. Are you a chocoholic like me?

Well, who can live without it? More importantly, why would you want to? So instead of cheap supermarket chocolate, buy the best you can afford and make it last (okay, who am I trying to kid there?)

3. We all love cakes and desserts, so why deprive yourself?

They may not be healthy, but you can make them healthier. Get out your baking tins and make your own delicious desserts. Use natural ingredients and avoid the additives and chemicals in the shop-bought versions.
