1. Coconut Oil
My ancestors swear by coconut oil and how it is amazing for the hair. I have yet to try it but this one, in its pretty packaging, makes me want to.
2. Lip Balm for Kissable Winter Lips
If you have perpetually chapped lips during the cold months, this post will save your life. I have used this brand for years and swear by it.
3. Avocado
Yummy exotic food but also a great ingredient for beauty recipes. Check these three recipes to get you started.
4. Red Lipstick
What you need is lipstick that needs a few layers to build up to the perfect shade of red for you. This way, you get to wear “red” that suits your mood — from tame to vampy.
5. The “Best” Mascara
According to Demi Moore, that is. Stylist to the stars, Rachel Zoe, agrees. Check this post to learn more about the brand.

The good thing about natural products (such as honey or oil) is that if they don’t work you can still eat it! =D

Hey Fatima,
You know what. When I was a kid I used coconut oil a lot too…or rather my mom put it on my head a lot. But yeah, I can’t tell id it helped my hair or not either. How’s the almond oil working for you??

coconut oil i would love to try seeing as I have read a few reviews on it as well…
but…
i REALLY dislike coconuts. (I think I have transferred my dislike for the taste and texture, to smells as well :T) so im not too sure how I would fare using it.
but tried/owned the others, so it made me feel somewhat accomplished! lol

Coconut oil is BIG in my country too. Like really big! I love red lipstick soooo much. But I look like a clown with it. I guess the idea would be to find the perfect shade of red as opposed to trying a red red. And yes, I’m all about the eyes too! But I think my favorite eye product is kohl. Again, big here in India/.

I’m not sure about avocado and mayo on my hair…somehow I am not able to envision positive results. But avocado and honey on my face…hmmmm…that sounds great and delish…I have to try it to find out the results. Thank you Meream.
PS thank you so much for visiting my blog and leaving sweet comments. I also got some visits from Sheila, Olga and Diana.

I dunno about red lipstick. My lips are thin and small and I never liked how I look when I wear red lipstick :D

Tavia,
I guess it’s the same situation for both of us. We need to find the perfect shade of red as opposed to going for red red.
