Idiot Groom Makes a Dramatic Entrance to His Wedding ...
By Samantha

A wedding is supposed to be the day that the bride **shines in all her **glory **-but what if the **groom upstages you by skydiving **to the venue of the **ceremony?

That’s exactly what Shiris Mishra did.

It is supposed to be the happiest day of any woman's life but an **Indian air force official **Sunday decided he could upstage his future wife - by dropping in from 7,000 feet (2,100 metres).

Shisir Mishra, an accomplished sky diver, jumped from a helicopter **and **landed **in a sports ground close to the **bride's home in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Orissa state.

Mishra, along with three friends jumped free fall before opening his parachute a few hundred feet from the ground and landing to cheers from hundreds of well-wishers at the wedding ceremony. Fortunately for bride Sweta Prusty, she was sure that her husband-to-be would “make it”, so she wasn’t scared on his behalf.

Also, the groom **has already made his mark on the **Limca Book of Records for having jumped a 15,000-foot free fall while carrying India****’s national flag.

How about that, guys? Are you ready to do the same for your beloved?

Dear Daniel, That is VERY SEXIST and it's also VERY TRUE. Let's face it, on the wedding day all the eyes are on the bride, that's just the way it is... If it was the groom who wore a huge white dress, tons of makeup and hairstyle products, then, maybe, the spot light would have been on him... :)

What an asshole the guy must be to turn the wedding day into setting a record event! If I was the poor bride, I would have shoved that flag up his butt!

This seems very sexist, to say "A wedding is supposed to be the day that the bride shines in all her glory". It takes two to make a wedding. It should be their day, and their glory. I wouldn't want to be married to someone so selfish they'd say something like that.

He's an asshole, no comments...
