Spare Contacts

Spare Contacts Price: $29.99 at visiondirect.com
It’s always a great idea to keep a spare pair of contact lenses in your lens case, just in case. Imagine losing a lens, or ripping one, and not being able to replace it on the spot! Be prepared. Keep a spare set handy.

Case Price: $4.50 at drugstore.com
I always keep a clean, empty contact lens case in my bag, so I always have a place to put my lenses when they just have to come out. I boil it in a pot of clean water every week, so it’s always ready to be used.

Disinfecting and Storage Solution

Disinfecting and Storage Solution Price: $12.99 at drugstore.com
It’s always a good idea to keep a bottle of your favorite contact lens disinfecting solution with all of your other contact lens stuff. My favorite one is actually a disinfectant and storage solution in one, so it’s really convenient, and I always keep a small bottle in my contact lens case.

Protein Remover

Protein Remover Price: $8.99 at drugstore.com
Simply add one drop of this to your usual contact lens solution and it will remove daily protein build-up from your lenses overnight. This one bottle holds a 30-day supply, and will keep your lenses feeling like new.

Eye Drops

Eye Drops Price: $4.49 at drugstore.com
I suffer from dry eyes, and they’re also really sensitive, so I keep a bottle of eye drops in my handbag and in my contact lens case, too. These ones are specifically designed for people who wear contacts.

Eye Make-up Remover Pads

Eye Make-up Remover Pads Price: $12.69 at drugstore.com
For some reason, as soon as I take out my contacts, the first thing I want to do is take off my eye make-up. So I keep a packet of these make-up remover pads in my contact lens case so I can do it, right away, no matter where I am.

Antibacterial Hand Wipes

Antibacterial Hand Wipes Price: $3.29 at drugstore.com
What if you want to take out your contacts and you don’t have a sink nearby to wash your hands first? That sounds like the perfect way to get pink eye. I keep a packet of these anti-bacterial hand wipes in my contact case, too, so I can disinfect my hands before I touch my eyes.

These are all of the things I keep in my contact lens case, and I keep it with me at all times, either in backpack or handbag. I feel so prepared! Do you wear contacts, and if so, what do you keep in your contact lens case? Please let me know!
