Most of us could do withimproving our diet. I know I'm a bit too fond of sugary treats, but I don't like the idea of doing without. So I've been thinking of some easy ways to eat better without making mealtimes boring.

Be a smoothie. This is a great way to get some vitamins into your diet, and so much more refreshing thanfizzy drinks!

great tips :) i'm one of those people that love salt, so i'm trying to find some way to lessen my salf in take and retain the flavour. so i'm eating things that have other crazy tastes that makes me forget about salt lol. like plain yogurt with cinnamon :)
