Love this article, every word of it speaks the truth. In my opinion, one of the things a person should do every day, is find an hour to realx and do something she really likes. A book always changes my mood and I find it totally realxing as it's what I love doing most. Freeing our mind from every day problems is healthy and needy for us. Sheila, A post regarding some top book (fiction in particulary! :P), should be really interesting for us readers who are mad about books! (SOME ONE JUST LIKE ME :P lool)

I must say some of this ideas are great. I try to walk min 30 min a day and I usually achieve it (when is rain I don't go out from home) and for a while now I've been sleeping 11-12 h a day :D, maybe because the cold season is coming.
