I must say some of this ideas are great. I try to walk min 30 min a day and I usually achieve it (when is rain I don't go out from home) and for a while now I've been sleeping 11-12 h a day :D, maybe because the cold season is coming.

Excellent points!!! If only more people would practice it....this would be a wonderful world!! Everyone should print it out and post it on the fridge, by your computer, and pass it along to someone you really care about. I have my copy to take to work!!! Great job. Thank you.
