To watch or not to watch - that is the million dollar question!
While we all know that watching television is one of the world’s most favorite pastimes (there’s a reason why the term “couch potato” exists!), we are all also aware of the “dangers” that come with watching too much telly. 1. Watching TV Makes You fat!
Yes, as much as we hate to admit it, too much TV watching lets you gain those unwanted pounds. This is because you spend less time doing physical or strenuous activities.

In the case of children, if you let them watch TV more and more, they have less time for activities that can help improve their senses. Hence, the younger your children are, the better you train them to stay away from TV that much.

10. Childhood TV Viewing is Linked to teen Attention Problems!
According to a study, watching television more than two hours a day early in life can lead to attention problems later in adolescence. I don’t know about you but I think that’s a bit startling! Parents should then be careful with this.
TV rots the brain... I am definitely going to watch less TV! That is for certain… I will have more time to craft, loose a little weight, have more money and become more intelligent!
Given all these, remember that moderation is always the key. Know your priorities and set your schedules. You can always have that time to balance your work, family and other responsibilities while at the same time have enough time to watch your favorite television shows.
