Admittedly, oatmeal has a bland and boring taste. To make it more palatable, you can try adding brown or raw sugar to cooked oatmeal. For healthier choices, you can also try using maple syrup or honey. Just remember not to go overboard with the sugar.

my nutriologist told me about this shake: 3 spoons of oatmeal, 1 spoon of brown sugar or honey, 5 or so nuts (almonds, pine kernel and other nuts work great), half a fruit (peach, apple, banana, pear, mango, etc) and milk for a super energetic and delicious morning shake. i have it every morning included on my gaining weight plan, but anyone can have it for a boost of energy.

OATMEAL PANCAKES!! 1/3 cup of oats 2 tbsp water (you may need 3) 1 tbsp milk 1 tbsp flour 1 egg pinch of salt Mix the mixture adding more flour/water until it rolls off the spoon in a half runny half malleable way, then cook in a frying pan, alternating sides until golden brown/desired. Prep: 5 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes You can add fruit to the mixture (e.g. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, sliced/chopped bananas) Well, you can add pretty much anything you like :) I have mine with maple syrup, mmmm.
