Here’s what you’ll need: one cup of peach or apricot yogurt, 3 peaches (sliced), 1 cup of 2% milk, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend until almost smooth, and enjoy! If you’re feeling creative, toss in some nectarines or apricots instead of some of the peaches…

This is a classic! I love these for breakfast… you’ll need 4 cups of sliced fresh strawberries, 1 banana, 1 cup of vanilla or strawberry yogurt, and a handful of ice cubes. Toss everything but the ice into the blender and blend until almost smooth. Add the ice cubes, and blend until almost smooth again. I like to serve these with a little orange juice in them, too… try it!

You’ll need 1 cup of pineapple yogurt, 1 cup of milk, 1 large sliced banana, 1 cup of mango slices (fresh or refrigerated), and a handful of ice cubes. Blend everything except the ice cubes together until smooth, then add the ice and blend again until almost smooth. Add some pineapple slices as a garnish, or some coconut rum for the grown-ups… so good!

I love this smoothie because it’s such a gorgeous color, and because it tastes so good… and it gives e such an energy boost! You’ll need to peel and slice 3 carrots, then cook them in a small pot with a little less than 1 cup of water tilt he carrots are soft. Throw them and the cooking water into the blender with about 1¾ cup of apple juice and two ice cubes. Blend until almost smooth… it’s such a unique smoothie!

This smoothie recipe is so exotic! I love it! You’ll need 3 cups of mango nectar, 2 cups of plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 teaspoons of ground pistachios, and the crushed seeds of 10 cardamom pods. Put everything into the blender except the pistachios, and blend until smooth. Sprinkle the pistachios over the top of the smoothies before serving. Delicious!

My new favorite smoothie recipe is the Indian Mango, but I still love the Strawberry-Banana, too! Which of these smoothie recipes do you like best? Or is there another one you can share? Please let me know!
