Love this article, every word of it speaks the truth. In my opinion, one of the things a person should do every day, is find an hour to realx and do something she really likes. A book always changes my mood and I find it totally realxing as it's what I love doing most. Freeing our mind from every day problems is healthy and needy for us. Indira, Most of these posts are really helpful, aren’t day!! :) Well regarding what you sad, you need to choose your way of living, and hopefully it's a happy one. Sometimes deciding to do something you really love is the best medicine. You forgot some of your problems, end enjoy what you like best. But please don't be such a people listener. I don’t know your story but consider your self worth it and don't listen to what others say about you even if it's one of your best friends. Maybe this person isn't worth it being friends with! Lead your life and don't worry you'll get through it :)

OMG! why did i get so emotional while reading this post? I guess it has alot of what i needed to hear...I'm usually very happy, the kind of chick who laughs and smiles alot...but lately that hasn't been quite the story...I've been sort of unhappy...and you are absolutely right, you are in control of your happiness, just as much as your in control of the choices you make in life...that being said, you have a choice to be happy, sad, or mad...although choosing how you feel is not always easy, this post makes it alot easier, sort of like a guideline for happiness. I was so upset today about what one of my good friends said about me...and then i read this article and i almost teared, because everything it said was true...you honestly made my day, you have no idea...thank you so much, bless your kind heart...indira
