Whether you dream of finding your one true love, or if you want to one day own your very unique, really expensive dream house - first step to actually realizing your dream is to 'plant the seed'. Here, I am referring to the dream itself. You can never fully achieve the goals that you have set for yourself without planting the seed. Remember to be specific when setting a goal for yourself, and make sure that it is a realistic one.
Next, just as it is with anything that you are passionate in life - you need to give yourself a 'pep talk' and allow yourself to be excited about your dream. The basic principle of the book is that you need to visualize whatever it is that you are dreaming of - and the rest of the universe will follow.
Finally, when you want something badly enough, the opportunity will come knocking at your doorstep. Never pass up on the opportunity to reach your dreams.
