I was thinking the other day about all the shows I've kind of gotten into watching, and then they just disappeared. I've been lucky because the only things I watch with real regularity are trashy, time-tested reality shows, and House. Still, I hate getting the rug yanked out from under me and thought I'd vent about the shows that left me morose when they went off the air. Here are 7 shows that should NOT have been cancelled!

This makes the list solely because I love Jason Segal. And the kid who plays Sweets on Bones. And Judd Apatow. Did I mention I loved this show? Why oh why did it get cancelled?
Price: $52.49 at amazon.com
And this makes the list because I have a thing for Jason Bateman. I am so glad to see him, you know, work again. Also, I thought this was sharp. And did I mention Jason Bateman? Yum!

This is the show that made me take notice of the fact that I might get my heart broken some more during the fall season. I've never really noticed before. I mean, I watch House and Bones, and they are never going anywhere. I only saw Lone Star twice but I liked it – or else Jon Voight's lips hypnotized me, I'm not sure.
Price: $27.99 at amazon.com
I saw the preview for this show at the movies initially. There are only two reasons I watched it at all: the hot lead guy and hot Macaulay Culkin. I love Mac. Not his Home Alone years, but now. He needs to be in more things, and I was so excited about this – like how I was excited when I saw Party Monster, because it was awesome and I thought it would relaunch his career.
Price: $136.99 at amazon.com
I'm not exactly sure why I liked this show but I did. I used to watch it with my dad all the time. Plus I love Judd Hirsh and that kid who played Wednesday's boyfriend and Santa's elf has just always inspired the most monstrous crush in me.
Price: $69.99 at amazon.com
I am so angry about this. I loved this show, I admit it. I used to watch half the cast when they starred on The State. I'd watch that, Beavis and Butthead, and Singled Out. Don't judge me! Thomas Lennon and Nick Swardson are the primary reasons I'll miss the show. Plus it is seriously one of my all time favorite comedies.
Price: $17.99 at amazon.com
No, honestly, this show had no reason to be on the air in the first place, at least in my opinion. I just don't think it was at all healthy for the family, and they showed Kate's sextuplet-pregnant pointy conehead belly way too much for my liking … but it was such an awesome train-wreck. Oh man, it was so funny. Seeing Kate on DTWS or her sorry attempt at a solo career, just isn't quite the same without Jon's antics.
I probably need to get out more. Still, I can't help it. I like to snark at TV shows. Or, you know, laugh, or think deeply, or Learn a Special Lesson. Sometimes I even still miss Full House. What about you, what do you wish was still on the air?
