3 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons ReaLemon and 1 Teaspoon salt. Mix it in a tall glass of water and drink it all.
u can also mix a glass of cold water with 2-3 spoon of sugar n drink it....it works
Bananas work yes!
For the BRAT diet, you don't have to eat these things all together...the person just has to limit their diet to these foods. Also, just eating broth and drinking gatorade is good too, if your stomach can't tolerate real food yet. Once when I had a stomach virus that caused vomiting and diarrhea, I couldn't eat "real" food for two days, and survived off chicken broth and blue gatorade. Then when I could eat again, I had toast.
