7 Ways to Banish Dark Circles ...

Persistent dark circles are a real pain. They’re the result of anything from simple sleeplessness to dehydration, allergies and a nutrient deficiency. Unless we take steps to eliminate them, shadowy rings under the eyes can make us look older, tired, and, at worst, a little haggard. One way to banish dark circles is to get plenty of sleep. If you’re struggling to get a good seven or eight hours a night, you may well see the effects of this on your face. Perhaps the most common cause of dark rings around the eyes is a simple lack of sleep; address this issue, and soon you’ll be back to your fresh-complexioned self.
