If you have sky-high cholesterol, it may be partly genetic. But for some families, it's inevitable that LDL, or bad cholesterol, will be in the unhealthy zone. You should have a regular cholesterol checkup.

I don't have cholesterol problems but my parents do. I specially worry about my dad. Thanks for the info.
