When I was 5 I had a friend, Alice, with gorgeous blond locks and amazingly blue eyes. Since then every Christmas I wished my eyes would turn blue, just like hers…

Well, that never happened, of course :))

So I had to grow up, become confident in my own skin, dark hair and hazel eyes, but somehow the dream of having blue eyes still stayed there…

I never had the courage to go into the store and try color contacts, until one day, a blue-eyed friend of mine confessed she was dying for having green eyes! :)

And then it hit us – we just have to go and do it – try the color contact lenses! We do die our hair, so why should it be any different with the eye color?

Green, grey, blue, dark blue, dark brown, black, even purple – we tried them all!!! Not only it was so much fun, it also felt so great to do something we always wanted to!

It turned out Mary looked FANTASTIC with green eyes! So she got her colored contacts on the spot. I, on the other hand, looked… not as good as I thought in the blue ones, but the grey contacts really hit the spot!
