Where Thoughts and Opinions Converge

There are many different oils to suit different skin types, I just happened to try it and it works really well. I have sensitive skin, that is sometimes dry/itchy and a few breakouts every now and then. On the internet there are many sites explaining the benefits but I'm sure the shop keeper people will also have some useful advice. But I also saw that they have pure Argan oil, the same that is in the much acclaimed Moroccan oil for hair. I read, however, that it contains silicons which isnt that great (or natural) for the hair and makes it dry in the long-run. So the natural stuff from the bio store might not come in the cutest bottle but is probably a lot better (and cheaper).

I've recently started using sweet almond oil on my face. It does something really amazing to my complexion and makes my skin soft and takes away redness. None of the expensive products that I've tried have been able to achieve that. And it is quite a bargain: a 100 ml bottle for 5 euro. And have I mentioned the wonders it does to my cuticles and nails?

Learned a lot from this post, thanks for sharing

I tried the mayo thing a couple weeks ago and it left my hair oily and didn't make much of a difference. I wouldn't recommend it.
