Today I want to discuss dieting because it is Labor Day and tomorrow I will have to start the hard labor of a new diet in order to take off what I put on today eating at a friend's house. She would have to serve hot dogs, potato salad and cake. All my favorites.

Oh sure the food was great but was it worth it? In the coming days I will eat enough chicken to start my own farm, drink enough water to float a battleship, and munch on more greens and veggies than Bugs Bunny.

Included in my new routine will also be so much walking my feet will rebel, swell, and refuse to to fit into my sexy new red heels. So much so that by Friday night I will have a major dilemma on my hands, wear the sexy new heels and suffer in severe pain all night or try to ease into a more comfy low sling back heel.

Hum.. if by Friday night I have not lost fifteen pounds I will buy a black A-line dress, wear the sexy red heels and hope he takes me some place where we can sit all night.
