If you don’t want to be late on a date or forget important plans you’ve made with your partner, I recommend that you get enough sleep the day before.
Sleeping is something everyone does. It will only vary from what time one will go to bed to how many hours one needs to sleep to feel rested.
Losing sleep can cause physical, mental, emotional and psychological stress. Why do you think it’s recommended that we all get, at least, eight hours of sleep? The symptoms like quick temper, drowsiness, and tiredness can affect our **relationships **— personal and work. But, of course, I’m no expert, so, please take this as a commentary.
As a brief example, I had noticed that when one lacks sleep, the attention needed on something wanes and it somehow contributes to poor punctuality. It then throws off the day’s itinerary, which can cause arguments than can ruin your time together or worse, your relationship.
See how sleep or not alloting ample sleep time can do? It can trigger a domino effect that you could have prevented had you gotten enough sleep. Don’t you agree?
Besides, when you do get ample sleep and you wake up the following day, you’ll see how bright and energised you are! Your partner will certainly appreciate that!
