OK! Magazine has Britney Spears **on the cover. Only this time, it’s not about how she’s all messed up and disturbed. **Paparazzi **may go ho-hummm – but it’s actually **good news: Brit reveals how she got her **body **back.

Remember that MTV Music Awards fiasco last year where she made a mess of her performance and her bod looked not-so-in-shape? Well this time, even if she flubs with her singing on stage – at least she’s got the body to show for it.

The in-shape-again mother of two says that she’s the healthiest that she’s been all her life. So what exactly are her diet secrets?

My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don't eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I'll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it's not much, but it's actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.
