For that and for the fact that The Mija Chronicles has great stories and food features, I consider this website one of the best Mexican food blogs today.

This blog is not as updated as often as you'd like but it does have a good mix of scrumptious Mexican recipes. There are many things to love about Cooking in Mexico, aside from the recipes. You have the great photos, of course. I should also mention that the non-cooking features are fantastic, too. This food blog also reads like a fun travel blog.
