This quick, simple and refreshing salad is fab doused with a little balsamic vinegar. It’s spicy, juicy and salty all at once; use very fresh rocket to ensure that satisfying crunch and go for little cherry tomatoes on the vine. oh this post is making me go down the stairs and rummage the fridge

On #9 I would say mozzarella more so then feta! But hey that's just me! And Basil > lettuce. Maybe its that Italian attraction I have......hmm..... -giggle-

Those are some refreshing guilt-free snacks to stack up on, this summer!! :)

I would have to disagree with fat free yogurt. The reason being, is when you buy foods that are fat free that means it has more sugar, which will spike you insulin and make you store fat. So the better choice would be low fat yogurt with raw honey. Raw honey is also better than regular processed honey.
