As with any addiction, you will need to cut back gradually. Now, some people will tell you to just quit cold turkey, but this really is not a good idea. Reduce the amount of caffeine you drink each day and before you know it, you won’t be missing a thing. Remember, there are other alternatives to caffeine – such as acai berry.
